"I recently had an evaluation of my home done by Mason Bridges of Fredonia, NY. The_study was done to locate any accumulations of mold that may be causing an allergic reaction in my wife’s health situation. The work was very thorough and took a moderate amount of time to complete. We are very pleased with the results of the study. Several areas of concern were found that will need to be addressed. "I was referred to Environmental Air Solutions by a mold remediation company to perform an assessment of a potential mold issue in my basement._Mason Bridges responded immediately and answered all of my questions about the process of examination, testing, remediation and repair._EAS made an appointment the next day and performed what I would characterize as a very thorough test of problem spots as well as air quality. Mason sent the information for lab analysis and promised to supply the results within 48 hours._Results were conveyed via telephone call and followed up by email as Mason had promised. I am currently having the remediation completed._EAS and Mason Bridges met and frankly, exceeded my expectations for professionalism and personal concern in dealing with my first experience of this nature.
