"I was referred to Environmental Air Solutions by a mold remediation company to perform an assessment of a potential mold issue in my basement._Mason Bridges responded immediately and answered all of my questions about the process of examination, testing, remediation and repair._EAS made an appointment the next day and performed what I would characterize as a very thorough test of problem spots as well as air quality. Mason sent the information for lab analysis and promised to supply the results within 48 hours._Results were conveyed via telephone call and followed up by email as Mason had promised. I am currently having the remediation completed._EAS and Mason Bridges met and frankly, exceeded my expectations for professionalism and personal concern in dealing with my first experience of this nature. I strongly recommend Mr. Bridges to help you navigate similar concerns. You will be in capable hands!"

"We needed a mold test for my son's apartment in order to prove the presence of mold in the unit. The company rep was very professional and sympathetic to our need to have the test done as soon as possible. He was able to squeeze us into a busy day and conduct the test the very next day and we received the test results within a few days. I contacted the company after receiving the results and they took the time explain the results and answer any questions we had. They also made themselves available to the property manager of the apartment to explain the results and offer solutions. I could not be more pleased with my experience and would highly recommend Environmental Air Solutions. "

"Dealing with a mold problem can be scary and overwhelming, however Environmental's service rep was patient, knowledgeable, and customer service savvy. He explained everything to me every step of the way, including what to expect regarding the lab samples. I definitely would recommend this company. Additionally, Environmental Air Solutions has worked collaboratively with several of the local mold remediation companies - which made me feel comfortable that I made the right choice."
