Founded in 2017 by Mason Bridges in Western New York, Environmental Air Solutions has grown into a two-state environmental testing and restoration firm. Family-owned. Owner-operated. Evidence first.
Our story
The company began in Western New York with a single conviction: most environmental testing happens too slowly, too vaguely, and too obviously in the service of selling remediation. That conviction became the operating manual.
Today we run two regional offices — Orchard Park, NY and Erie, PA — staffed by licensed inspectors who arrive in unmarked vehicles, follow chain-of-custody documentation on every sample, and submit to AIHA, NVLAP and NELAP-accredited laboratories. Our reports name the regulatory standard, name the finding, and name the next move. Nothing else.
Family ownership isn't a marketing phrase here. It's why we still answer the phone, still walk the basement, and still set up the air pump ourselves.

Evidence before opinion
Every recommendation we make is backed by an instrument reading or a laboratory result. If we can't measure it, we say so.

Independence of report
We do not bundle testing with remediation. When we test, we test. When we remediate, the scope comes from someone else's report or a re-test by an independent lab.

Discretion
Unmarked vehicles. Confidentiality on every transaction. Particularly important in real estate, tenant disputes and litigation support.

Speed without shortcut
48-hour appointments and 24-hour lab turnaround are not promises — they're the baseline. The shortcut would be cutting protocol. We don't.
