Method · Five phases · One protocol
Every engagement runs the same way.
The only thing that changes is the analyte. The protocol — and the standard of evidence — does not.
Phase 01
Consultation
We start with a phone call, then a site walkthrough where needed. The goal is to scope the right test, not the most expensive one.
- Phone or in-person consultation
- Site walkthrough when warranted
- Sampling and analysis plan (SAP) for Phase II+
- Written quote with regulatory benchmarks
Phase 02
Field Sampling
Our licensed inspector arrives in an unmarked vehicle. Calibrated equipment, chain-of-custody, and a photographic log on every sample.
- Calibrated instruments (pre-deployment QA/QC)
- Chain-of-custody documentation
- Photographic record of sampling locations
- Real-time data logging where applicable
Phase 03
Lab Analysis
Samples ship same-day to AIHA / NVLAP / NELAP-accredited labs. Standard panels return within 24 hours. Specialty analytes within 48-72 hours.
- AIHA-accredited mold and IAQ analysis
- NVLAP-accredited asbestos analysis
- NELAP-accredited environmental samples
- Mycotoxin via ERMI / HERTSMI / ELISA / LC-MS
Phase 04
Diagnostic Report
Findings, regulatory comparison, and the recommended next step. No upsells, no scare language. Just data and a plan.
- Executive summary with pass/fail verdict
- Comparison to EPA / OSHA / ACGIH / WHO limits
- Photo-documented findings
- Remediation scope or No Further Action recommendation
Phase 05
Remediation Oversight (optional)
Where remediation is warranted, we scope the work, oversee the contractor, and verify clearance with independent re-testing.
- Remedial Action Work Plan (RAWP)
- Contractor coordination
- Air monitoring during work
- Clearance testing and closure documentation
