Air-sample results: Aspergillus/Penicillium at 380 sec/m³ in affected basement vs 320 sec/m³ in adjacent basement vs 420 sec/m³ in outdoor baseline. Cladosporium and other species at typical background levels. No Stachybotrys, no Chaetomium, no elevated species. Surface tape-lifts negative for active mold growth. Lab analysis at EMSL Analytical with chain-of-custody documented.

Conclusion: no significant mold growth occurred following the Day-0 water event. The restoration contractor's drying work was effective + timely; the moisture window was successfully closed before species establishment.
