Common questions

About this service

What's your retainer arrangement?

Standard retainer for case intake is $2,500-$5,000 depending on case complexity and timeline. Hourly billing thereafter at the published expert rate (provided on retention). Detailed fee schedule and prior testimony list included in CV packet sent on initial retention discussion.

Have you testified before?

Prior testimony list provided on retention. Yes. Both deposition and trial. Both plaintiff and defense retention.

Can you offer medical opinions on mold exposure?

No. Medical opinion on whether a specific environmental finding caused a specific health outcome requires medical/clinical licensure I do not hold. I can provide opinion on the environmental conditions themselves (species, exposure level, duration, comparison to industry benchmarks), but the medical causation link is a matter for a board-certified medical specialist or CIH-credentialed Industrial Hygienist with clinical scope.
